I specialise in exhibition, interior and furniture design. I have worked on and am interested in large commercial interior projects as well as small hands-on domestic and retail fit-out and furniture designs.

Within my spatial design practice I aim for a highly architectural result. This comes from applying detailed consideration to a given brief, site plus materials, modelled and developed to produce a dynamic result. In this, I push to generate spaces that unfold in a multi-dimensional way. I make deliberate decisions not to deliver designs merely as an aesthetic treatment but which compel a level of development where original solutions can come forward, which relate intelligently to the brief, contemporary culture and the built environment we live in.

My furniture based work also seeks to address and stay aligned with current concerns and theory in design, to apply an efficacy of material and technical process balanced against an end result that will hold-up physically and conceptually over time.
